Services and Eligibility
Miami Fashion Incubator provides services that include brand strategy, design and production consulting, mentorship, sustainability advisory, access to trade shows, and other business development opportunities. These services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time at our discretion. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Payments and Refunds
Fees for services are due in advance unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. All payments are final unless specific refund terms are explicitly offered. Refunds, when available, remain at the sole discretion of Miami Fashion Incubator.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, logos, and materials provided by Miami Fashion Incubator remain the exclusive property of Miami Fashion Incubator unless otherwise noted. No material may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Clients retain ownership of their original brand assets but grant Miami Fashion Incubator a limited license to showcase case studies, testimonials, and project outcomes for promotional purposes unless otherwise prohibited in writing.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging with Miami Fashion Incubator, clients agree to provide accurate and timely information required to deliver services, to respect agreed timelines, and to fulfill contractual obligations. Clients further agree to use the services provided in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
Miami Fashion Incubator shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial loss, reputational harm, or delays in production. The maximum liability of Miami Fashion Incubator in any case shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Third-Party Vendors
Miami Fashion Incubator may recommend or connect clients to third-party vendors such as manufacturers, agencies, or service providers. These third parties operate independently and Miami Fashion Incubator is not responsible for their actions, services, or performance. Any agreements with third parties are solely between the client and the vendor.
Privacy
Your use of this website and our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
Termination
Miami Fashion Incubator reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, misuse of resources, or failure to comply with contractual obligations. Clients may terminate services according to the terms of their individual agreements.

These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
